1. Grant Request – Lower Beaver Dam Creek

2. Discussion – Shade Trees in Gast Park

The Staff has provided a memorandum at the last Worksession and a request was made for additional information.
3. ~ MML Convention Attendance
~~~~~~Decision Required: Whether or not you will be attending.
Reservations must be made for the June 8th MML Convention.
4. Beecher Street Property Removal
Decision Required: Whether to solicit the fire department.
The removal of the structure was discussed briefly during the authorization to purchase stage in October 2013. During the discussion, there was some discussion about allowing the fire department use it for a controlled burn training exercise, as has been done in the past and at no cost to the Town. One Councilmember was hesitant and staff wants to be sure the sentiment of the Council prior to moving forward.
5. Discussion – Proposed FY15 Capital Improvement Projects
Decision Required: None.
The Mayor asked for potential Capital Improvement items for the FY15 Budget and a list and estimated cost for the items submitted at the last Worksession.
6. Proclamation – Declaring April 9th as Arbor Day in Cheverly

Staff has prepared a proclamation to address for the designation of Arbor Day in Cheverly.
7. Personnel Matter
Decision Required: None.
The Town Administrator has added this item and will address.
